¿ HOW TO COOKING PASTA WITH VEGETABLES ?

A VERY EASY WAY TO PREPARE AND ECONOMIC PASTA WITH A RICH VEGETABLES

THIS RECIPE IS VERY EASY TO DO AND ESPECIALLY LIKES BOYS SMALL HOUSE


INGREDIENTS:
  • 750 gr. of short pasta
  • 1/2 kg. of carrots diced
  • 1/2 kg. chopped green beans
  • 1 courgette diced
  • 1/4 kg. peas
  • 1/4 kg. sweet corn in grain
  • 1 kg. tomatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 bunch garlic porro
  • 1 tsp. of minced garlic
  • Frying oil to taste
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Parmesan cheese 


Preparation:



Saute the onion scallions, garlic and peppers joint for about 10 minutes.

Add the garlic and carrots, tomatoes, zucchini and green beans.
Once soft, add the corn, peas, rosemary, soy sauce, bay leaf and pepper. Cook over high heat for about 15 minutes.

Apart, boil the pasta in plenty of hot water with salt. Once it is al dente, drain and toss with the sauce.
Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
