Streamlined

Finish faster. With 54 credits required for completion, part-time students can earn an MBA in as little as 9 quarters. Full-time students can finish in as little as 6 quarters!

Take control. The Professional MBA program is designed to allow you the opportunity to customize your MBA degree according to your interests and career goals. Two thirds of the 54 credits are elective courses - this means that you can freely select 10 of your classes and attain the depth you need in the area(s) you choose. This can include up to two of the 10 graduate certificates that Albers offers with no additional credits needed.

Integrated

Span silos. Required core classes include two modules (Behavioral and Analytical), each lasting three quarters. The Professional MBA core eliminates the disparate approach to teaching where each class stands alone. Instead, each core class is organized around a common theme rather than individual disciplines. Teaching is also coordinated across disciplines, with two or more faculty members teaching each core course, so you will learn how to integrate your skills.

Connected

Enhanced networks. The Behavioral and Analytical core modules are each taught in a cohort format divided into two modules. Ideally, you will take both modules concurrently with the same cohort. This allows you to build lasting connections with your fellow students and enhance your graduate school experience.

Flexible

Manage commitments. The Professional MBA program is offered on a rolling enrollment schedule. This means that you can start taking classes any quarter. Although the core modules begin twice each year (during fall and spring quarters), you may take elective classes in your first quarter if you choose to start the program in winter or summer quarters. Elective classes may be taken at your own pace, providing you with the flexibility to balance school, career, and your personal life. Classes are taught in the evenings in both Seattle and Bellevue. Each class meets one evening per week.
